Anti-inflammatory mix with a touch of raspberry taste
Taking natural-based anti-inflammatory foods or cold-dried powders of these foods in beverages can help reduce inflammation or prevent inflammation, and not just in your arm or elbow. Ginger, Turmeric, Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries are well-known herbs or fruits for their anti-inflammatory properties.
We have developed a mix of this into a sports drink mix that you can use in your water, before, during and after your padel match. This prevents and helps relieve inflammation in your padel arm. You need about 1-2 small table spoons in a litre of water. If you want more taste, add 2. One package should last for about 30-40 litre.
